From receipt of confirmation of your purchase, if your shipment address is in the UK, you should allow 7-10 working days for your purchase to reach you. We are not able to declare an item lost until 14 working days after dispatch. If your order has not arrived after this time please contact us so we can investigate.
We offer books that are currently in stock at our warehouse but also books that are not-yet-published. Not-yet-published titles will be supplied as soon as stock is received at our warehouse. Books may go out of stock from time to time. We endeavour to keep stock at our warehouse to meet current demand and apologise if your book is temporarily out of stock. We will inform you by e-mail if your order is unavailable and provide you with an estimated delivery date.
You can cancel your order and return any goods that may already have been dispatched up to 7 days from receipt (see returns policy).
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Please check the goods on receipt and ensure that they are supplied correctly. If any of the goods prove to be unsuitable please contact us to obtain a returns authorisation. Goods must be returned within 7 days in the original packaging and in an unused condition for a full refund less postage costs.
We are unable to accept any responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post. You must ensure that your items are securely packaged, and obtain a proof of posting. Please allow up to 5 working days for your goods to reach us.
Our terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
